Even the best intentions of project-based learning tend to produce more than their fair share of dumpster projects: the wonderful things our learners make, we grade, and then pile up in the back of the room until the end of the year and whoosh. In this workshop, experiment with a number of methods for making PBL more formative, more standards-based, and ultimately, more authentic.
