About me
I've been an educator for 17 years, teaching students from kindergarten through eighth grade. My career began as a middle school world language teacher, where I spent four years before finding my home as a regular elementary classroom teacher. For the past eight years, I've been teaching third grade in Downeast Maine, and for the last three years I've also served as my school's Technology Integration Specialist. I love creating hands-on STEM experiences that get students excited about learning while helping them build creativity, problem-solving skills, and confidence. I'm passionate about finding practical ways to integrate technology into the classroom and enjoy sharing ideas that other teachers can easily adapt for their own students. I believe some of the best professional learning happens when teachers share what's working in their classrooms, and I'm excited to learn from and connect with other educators.
